We are two bakers, bound not only by friendship but by a shared obsession: the pursuit of flavour. Our journey began in the early hours of quiet kitchens, where the scent of browned butter and vanilla lingered like perfume. We started our journey building successful bakeries and cafés, driven by a deep love for pastry. Now, we’re taking that experience and channelling it into crafting cookies and tarts inspired by French luxury and bold, unexpected flavours.
 

Inspired by the elegance and refinement of French pâtisseries, we didn’t want to simply bake—we wanted to curate edible experiences. Layers of texture. Notes that surprise. Cookies and tarts that feel like they belong in a velvet box, not just on a plate.

It’s the fusion of two worlds we love deeply: the humble comfort of Australian home baking—where cookies and tarts are a staple of every childhood—and the refined artistry of French pâtisserie, where every detail is intentional, every bite a luxurious experience.
