Shipping policy

All orders are delivered via a registered Courier company. If the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, the order will be left in a safe spot. Unfortunately, we do not have control over third-party courier companies, thus if there is a delay from their end, we will do everything we can to make sure you get your order.

Please note that during busy promotional and sale periods some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. If this is the case, you may allow an additional business day to process your order.

* We must have an accurate and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact number.

An incorrect address, will subject to cancellation of the order without refund.
